**Key Responsibilities**:

- Brand Consistency: Ensure all design work adheres to brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent and cohesive visual identity across all touch points.
- Concept Development: Collaborate with the marketing and team leads to brainstorm and conceptualise design ideas that effectively communicate key messages and promotions.
- Content Creation: Design engaging social media posts, Instagram stories (including reels) and other digital content that drives customer engagement and interaction.
- Adaptability: Be able to adapt designs for various platforms and formats.
- Feedback Incorporation: Actively participate in feedback sessions and make necessary revisions to designs based on feedback from team members and stakeholders.
- Must know how to use adobe, CANVA and FIGMA is a must.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Graphic Design Expertise: A strong portfolio showcasing your graphic design skills, including proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign,). must know canva and figma UI/UX and photoshop.
- Creativity: Demonstrated ability to think creatively and come up with unique design concepts.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring high-quality output in all design work.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Time Management: Strong time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing design requirements and priorities.
- Experience: 1 years or more experience in graphic design.

**Skills**

Graphic design
- Logo, UI and UX
- Photo editing, adobe suite experience preferred
- Website development
- Must understand graphic design is different with clients outside of India

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹22,000 - ₹30,000 per month - **THIS IS YOUR TAKE HOME PAY AFTER DEDUCTIONS.**
