**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Typing and Formatting**:

- Accurately type and format documents in Hindi and English.
- Convert handwritten, scanned, or audio documents into digital text.
- **Proofreading and Editing**:

- Review typed documents for errors in grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Ensure consistency in formatting and language.
- **Data Entry and Management**:

- Enter and organize data in Hindi and English as per project requirements.
- Maintain organized records of completed work.
- **Coordination with Teams**:

- Collaborate with editors, writers, and supervisors to meet specific requirements.
- Make revisions based on feedback.
- **Time Management**:

- Meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Typing Speed**: Minimum of 40-50 words per minute (WPM) in both Hindi and English.
- **Proficiency in Tools**: Familiarity with typing software like MS Word, Google Docs, and Hindi typing tools (e.g., KrutiDev, Mangal font, or Unicode).
- **Language Proficiency**: Strong command over Hindi (Devanagari script) and English languages.
- **Attention to Detail**: Excellent proofreading skills to ensure error-free documents.
- **Experience**: Prior experience as a typist, data entry operator, or similar role is a plus.
- **Knowledge of Formats**: Understanding of official document formats, legal typing, or academic formats is advantageous.

**Education and Certification**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (essential).
- Certification in Hindi and English typing (preferred).

**Work Environment**:

- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Comfortable working with deadlines and high-volume tasks.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Familiarity with transcription work or basic translation (optional).
- Adaptability to learn new software and tools as required.

**Salary**:
Competitive and commensurate with experience.

Onsite or remote, depending on the organization's needs.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
