**Position Overview**:
As a Freight Brokerage Trainee, you will embark on an exciting career path within the logistics industry. This entry-level role is designed for freshers with a keen interest in logistics and transportation. You will work closely with experienced professionals and learn how to manage shipments, coordinate with carriers, and ensure the smooth movement of goods across various regions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist senior brokers in managing freight movement, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.
- Communicate with customers and vendors to obtain quotes, resolve issues, and facilitate shipment bookings.
- Learn how to source, negotiate, and manage relationships with carriers.
- Assist in preparing and processing shipping documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs paperwork.
- Monitor shipments and provide status updates to clients, ensuring accurate tracking and delivery.
- Analyze and assess potential risks in the shipment process and assist in developing mitigation plans.
- Support administrative tasks, including data entry and documentation management.
- Participate in training programs to develop industry knowledge and brokerage skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related).
- Strong interest in logistics, transportation, and freight management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset and keen attention to detail.
- Freshers with no prior experience are welcome to apply.
