**Job Title**: Pharmacy Staff Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**: Assist customers with inquiries, provide information on medications, and ensure a positive experience.
- **Prescription Handling**: Help prepare, label, and dispense prescriptions under the pharmacist’s supervision.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering supplies, and organize shelves.
- **Billing and Payments**: Handle transactions, process payments, and maintain financial records.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain patient records and prescription files in compliance with legal requirements.
- **OTC Sales Assistance**: Guide customers in selecting over-the-counter medications.
- **Support Pharmacy Operations**: Assist with various tasks to ensure the pharmacy runs smoothly.

**Qualifications**:

- 12th pass or Graduate.
- Previous experience in a pharmacy or retail setting is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of pharmacy operations and medications is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with good communication in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
- Proficiency in using computers and pharmacy software.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
