- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market.
- Lead, mentor, and self-motivate to achieve sales goal.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and healthcare professionals.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to capitalize on growth potential.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with company objectives.
- Monitor sales performance, analyse data, and generate reports for management review.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote brand awareness and networking opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in the healthcare sector.

*Qualifications: *
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management in the medical equipment industry.
- Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and leading high-performance teams.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare market, industry trends, and customer needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.

*Benefits: *

Will include fixed CTC and Sales Incentive on completion of sales goal.

Other Benefits shall be offered.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
