**Job Title: Data Entry Executive**

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Executive to support the development of high-quality educational materials for both print and digital platforms. This role involves creating and formatting textbooks, workbooks, assessments, promotional content, and digital resources. A strong eye for design, proficiency in desktop publishing tools, and fluency in both Malayalam and English are essential.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Type accurately and efficiently in both Malayalam and English.
- Format educational materials such as textbooks, user manuals, assessments, and presentations based on predefined templates and client guidelines.
- Ensure consistent design and layout by following academic style guides and branding standards.
- Prepare high-resolution, print-ready files with correct margins, bleed, and color settings.
- Localize content for specific regions or languages when needed.
- Revise existing layouts based on feedback from editorial, design, or production teams.
- Develop and format digital assets, including PDFs, interactive documents, and eBooks.
- Maintain an organized archive of project files from draft to final versions.
- Perform basic image editing to improve clarity and presentation.
- Deliver projects within deadlines while meeting quality benchmarks.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹17,500.00 per month
