**Overview**:
Batish Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a creative and skilled Social Media Manager & Content Creator to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing engaging content strategies across social media platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Produce and manage videos, photos, and graphics for social platforms, ensuring content aligns with current trends.
- **Strategy & Planning**: Create and manage content calendars, plan campaigns, and optimize content based on audience insights and analytics.
- **Community Engagement**: Respond to followers, engage with the community, and maintain a consistent brand voice.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Track performance metrics, refine strategies, and report on key insights.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with business goals.
- **Paid Media**: Assist in creating and managing paid social media campaigns.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience in social media management and content creation (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Proficient in video editing (Premiere, Final Cut Pro) and design tools (Canva, Photoshop).
- Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and analytics.
- Excellent communication, creative, and organizational skills.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
