**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Training & Development**:

- Plan and execute structured training programs tailored to different skill levels, with a focus on nurturing talent and building skills.
- Manage group sessions effectively, ensuring every student receives adequate attention.
- **Collaboration with Management**:

- Work in alignment with the club's management, adhering to organizational policies and expectations.
- Participate in regular coordination meetings with the management team to improve operations and outcomes.
- **Professional Conduct**:

- Maintain a high standard of speaking etiquette, demonstrating respect for students, parents, and colleagues.
- Treat students with dignity and professionalism at all times.
- **Operational Support**:

- Assist in managing program logistics, such as scheduling and student progress tracking.
- Ensure training sessions are conducted in a manner that complements the club's premium reputation.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Badminton Coach or Assistant Coach.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to manage and motivate young players effectively.
- Willingness to collaborate with the hospitality and management teams.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is preferred.

**Shift Timings**:

- 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM
