Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop creative assets such as posters, flyers, brochures, banners, and social media graphics.

Collaborate with the marketing and communication teams to understand project requirements and target audience needs.

Maintain consistency in visual style and branding across all materials.

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.

Utilize design software to create high-quality, print-ready files.

Revise designs based on feedback and ensure the final outputs meet the organization’s standards.

Research and implement current design trends to create fresh and engaging visuals.

Prepare digital and print layouts, ensuring the correct specifications for production.

Organize and maintain an asset library for logos, templates, and other design elements.

Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions and marketing campaigns.

Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a portfolio showcasing posters, flyers, and brochures.

Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

Strong understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, and color theory.

Attention to detail with a creative flair for innovative design.

Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong communication skills to interpret briefs and incorporate feedback effectively.

Familiarity with both digital and print production processes.

Basic knowledge of video editing or animation tools is a plus.
