**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately enter data into relevant databases, spreadsheets, and systems.
- Verify and correct data where necessary.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure data is up to date.
- Generate standard reports as required.
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
- Scan and print documents as needed.
- Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct any incompatibilities.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Communicate with internal teams to gather or clarify information.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and data entry software.
- Basic knowledge of databases.
- Good command of English (oral and written).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in large amount of data handling.
- Familiarity with office equipment, including scanners and printers.

**Working Conditions**:

- Office-based.
- May require long hours of sitting and repetitive typing.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,131.78 - ₹27,924.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
