We are seeking a talented and creative Web Designer to join our team. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites for our clients. Your role involves collaborating with clients and understanding their requirements, translating their ideas into engaging web designs, and ensuring a seamless and responsive user experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and design preferences.
- Create visually appealing website layouts.
- Customize and optimize website functionality to meet client needs.
- Ensure responsive design principles for a seamless user experience across devices.
- Collaborate with the development team to implement advanced features and functionalities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and platform updates.
- Perform quality checks on websites before deployment.
- Provide ongoing website maintenance and support as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to website design and functionality.
- Keep abreast of emerging technologies and design trends.

**Requirements**:

- Must know Wix Platform (If you don't know it we can provide your training for the same)
- Proven experience as a Web Designer.
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles.
- Creative thinking and an eye for visual aesthetics.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Solid understanding of UX/UI principles.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic web development concepts.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Nashik, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- web design: 1 year (preferred)
