
Human Capital Executive

**People Management**
- Work with management team and company CEO and/or Director to strategically plan HR initiatives that will boost employee morale and output
- Work with management to understand employee feedback and shape and drive human capital policy as per company's evolving needs
- Monitor employee progress and stay in sync with and nurture company morale and culture, ensure it stays positive and productive
- Regularly meet employees of the company across geographies and discuss progress reviews and assessments, and discussing any problems or grievances they may have
- Promote positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues
- Regularly educate employees on company policies and change benefits, health plans, retirement plans, etc as and when required
- Conduct performance review of team members as per company policy
**Recruitment**
- Manage in-house talent acquisition team as well as third party talent acquisition vendors
- Sourcing, calling, interviewing and scheduling interviews with managers, offering and onboarding
- Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills
- Execute all training procedures for new employees
- Understanding of pertinent labor laws
- Recruitment for the firm will be more geared towards engineering/developer profiles and Finance business profiles, so experience in the same would be helpful Payroll processing
- Process monthly PF, PT and other labor compliance
**Qualifications and Requirements**:
- **1+ years of experience in recruitment, HR operations, people management.**:
- Analytical skills are a must.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and Master's in HR or related field will be preferable
- Should be proficient in Microsoft Suite (especially Excel) and various HR software programs like Greytip
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Honest, ethical dependable, positive, go-getter attitude
- Experienced in mediation and conflict resolution processes
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
