Who are we looking for?

A Senior level Infrastructure SME for a critical project for one of our client. The Individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in managing cutting edge technology infrastructure. Should have at least 8-12 years of Industry experience with minimum 4 to 6 years in SME role handling Complex Active Directory implementation projects in Enterprise. Hands on Implementation Experience 3-4 years, Client Facing Experience 3-5 years

Technical Skills:

- Highly technical with analytics skills
- Should possess knowledge of CF Engine Policies, Version Control, configure its master files.
- Ability to architect and visually present information via a clean, easy to understandProficiency and experience Enterprise Edition Reporting, Monitoring, command line
- Should have the ability to be nimble, work in a fast-paced environment to create concepts and provide design options
- Ensure that delivered solution are compliant with established standard
- Experience with datacenter technologies and building enterprise architecture roadmaps
- Experience designing, integrating and managing complex Active Directory infrastructure in an multinational environment
- Strong understanding on Active Directory concepts
- Knowledge of client-server networking
- Ability to provide technical system solutions, determine overall design direction, estimate of the solution implementation and provide hardware recommendations for complex technical issues
- Experience in planning and developing support processes and adhering to best practices
- Strong written and oral communication skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non
- technical audiences
- Anticipate and evaluate architecture risks
- Comprehend complex technical details and relay information to both technical and business stakeholders
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations
- Good presentation skills
- Ability to conduct architecture review and perform technology risk assessments
- Administering and deploying Hybrid Active Directory Environment
- Windows Server: Active directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, Implementations, Migrations and upgradations on Active directory
- Design and Architecture of Windows Active Directory, Azure Directory services
- Strong understanding of DNS, DHCP, AD DS Replication, LDAP and Kerberos
- Good understanding of Microsoft Azure AD, AD Migration, Networking, Compute, Storage, O365 is required

Process Skills:

- Ability to quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologies Behavioral Skills:

- Participated as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.
- Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
- Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹266,352.92 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
