Ielts Counsellor

**Qualifications and Skills**
- A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in sales or counselling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with students
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle paperwork efficiently
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in English and the local language
- Highly motivated and result-oriented

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Assess students' educational needs and help them choose the right program
- Offer personalized counselling and advice on study options
- Participate in marketing and promotional activities to attract more students
- Develop and maintain relationships with partner institutions and agencies
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
