**Job Description**:

- Perform data entry and execute transactions in SAP modules such as SO/DC
- Process purchase orders, sales orders, invoices, goods receipts, and other business documents as required.
- Monitor the flow of transactions and ensure data accuracy across the system.
- Verify that transactions are properly reflected in SAP and troubleshoot discrepancies.
- Support departmental requirements by processing routine SAP transactions and resolving transaction-related issues.
- Ensure that all SAP transactions comply with company policies and procedures.
- Generate and distribute SAP reports based on transaction data (e.g., warranty consumption reports, inventory reports, financial summaries).
- Maintain documentation for all transaction processes, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data entered into SAP.
- Validate transaction inputs, perform error-checking, and make necessary corrections to ensure consistency in the system.
- Responsible for Material disposal management - Segregation, Scrap and MDR cycle and maintaining records.
- Responsible for Forecast planning and execution of spare parts management for Service support. 100% receipt rate of faulty parts.
- Provide basic support in troubleshooting transactional errors and escalate issues to higher support levels if necessary.
- Ensure that all transaction-level activities are compliant with internal controls and external regulations.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary SAP data and documentation.
- Maintaining records for Inventory audit & Financial audit Documentation.
- Assist in training new users on SAP transaction processes.
- Suggest improvements to transaction processes for better efficiency and accuracy.
- Assist in the implementation of SAP modules for the department.
- Work closely with SAP consultants and project teams to ensure timely and successful implementation.
- Key initiatives in Cost reduction, Cycle time reduction and Process improvement initiatives.
