Job Title: Oracle ERP (Finance) Cloud Senior Solution Architect

Location: India

**Job Type**: Full-Time

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- As an ERP solutions architect, you will provide end to end solution design leadership right form pre-sales, proposal responses, architecture design, advice on leading practices, design solutions to resolve customer issues / challenges, Streamline business process and lead solution implementations.
- Design and Develop / improve methodologies unique and differentiated tools, solutions, accelerators and automations to aid Implementations
- Lead competency building activities, drive learnings and certifications, Guide and mentor junior team members
- Solution Design: Lead the design and architecture of Oracle Finance Cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.
- Implementation: Oversee the implementation of Oracle Finance Cloud modules including AP, AR, GL, FA, PPM.
- Project Leadership: Manage project teams, including internal resources and external consultants, to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into functional solutions.
- Technical Expertise: Provide high level technical knowledge and expertise in Oracle Finance Cloud, guiding the team on technical issues and best practices.
- Customization: Well versed with customization process and enable team to develop custom solutions,
- Training and Support: Lead training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting post-implementation.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the Finance Processes using Oracle Finance Cloud capabilities.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of solutions, configurations, and project progress.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Technology, CA, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in IT with at least 5 years focused on Oracle Finance Cloud.
- Must have experience in Pre-Sales
- Certifications: Relevant Oracle certifications is added advantage
- Project Management: Strong project management skills with experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Leadership: Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.

Preferred Attributes:

- Experience in multiple Oracle Finance Cloud implementations and upgrades.
- Familiarity with related Oracle Cloud technologies such as Oracle SCM Cloud and Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements affecting Finance Processes.
