Job Title: Plant Supervisor

**Salary**: ₹12,000 - ₹17,000 per month

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise day-to-day operations of the plant to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Monitor production processes and make adjustments as needed to meet production targets.
- Enforce company policies, safety protocols, and operational guidelines.
- Oversee the quality control of products to meet the company’s standards.
- Manage and motivate plant staff, providing support and guidance as needed.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of tasks and resolve any production issues.
- Maintain production records, including daily and weekly reports on operations.
- Identify areas for improvement in the production process and implement strategies to optimize productivity.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent; technical certification or diploma in a relevant field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Plant Supervisor or in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong understanding of production processes and quality control.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and make quick, effective decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with different departments.
- Basic knowledge of computer

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work overtime or on weekends as needed.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
