Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Instruction: Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences in the science classroom.
- Curriculum Development: Develop and implement a science curriculum that is aligned with school standards and educational goals, focusing on inquiry-based learning and hands-on experiments.
- Student Engagement: Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation, curiosity, and exploration.
- Assessment: Evaluate student performance and progress through regular assessments, providing feedback and support to help students achieve learning objectives.
- Classroom Management: Establish and enforce rules for behavior and procedures for maintaining order among students.
- Professional Development: Stay current with developments in science education and participate in professional development opportunities.
- Parent Communication: Maintain open communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress and any concerns.
- Resource Management: Manage and maintain science materials, equipment, and supplies, ensuring all resources are used effectively and safely.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Science, Education, or a related field.
- Certification: Teaching certification or licensure as required by the state or educational institution.
- Experience: Previous teaching experience, particularly with primary-aged children, is preferred.
- Subject Knowledge: Strong knowledge of basic scientific concepts and principles.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹11,811.61 - ₹25,799.51 per month
