**Job Title**: Hydra Operator

**Department**: Operations / Logistics / Site
**Location**: Kalmeshwar, Nagpur
**Reports To**: Site Supervisor / Plant Manager

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate Hydra crane for loading, unloading, shifting, and positioning of heavy materials and equipment.
- Conduct pre-operation checks and ensure the crane is in good working condition.
- Follow all safety guidelines and operational procedures during crane operation.
- Coordinate with site supervisors and rigging personnel for safe movement of loads.
- Maintain daily log of operations, fuel consumption, and maintenance records.
- Report any mechanical issues or damages to the maintenance team immediately.
- Ensure compliance with all site safety standards and company policies.
- Assist in minor maintenance and cleaning of the Hydra crane as required.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Education**: Minimum 10th Pass or equivalent.
- **Experience**: Minimum 2-3 years of experience operating Hydra cranes.
- **License**: Valid heavy vehicle driving license with Hydra operation endorsement (if applicable).
- **Skills**:

- Good understanding of load charts and crane capacities.
- Knowledge of basic maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Strong attention to safety and operational discipline.

**Work Conditions**:

- Work is primarily on construction sites, warehouses, or industrial premises.
