**Job description**

The Associate Dentist will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages in a friendly and professional manner. This role involves diagnosing dental conditions, performing treatments, and educating patients on oral health. The Associate Dentist will work collaboratively with the dental team to ensure a positive patient experience and uphold the highest standards of dental care.

Key Responsibilities:
1. *Patient Care:*
- Perform dental examinations, diagnose oral diseases, and create treatment plans.
- Provide dental treatments such as fillings, crowns, bridges, root canals, extractions, and other procedures as required.
- Administer local anesthesia and perform pain management techniques during dental procedures.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, treatment options, and post-treatment care.

2. *Clinical Excellence:*
- Ensure that all dental treatments and procedures adhere to the highest standards of care.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in dental technology, techniques, and best practices.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans and progress notes.

3. *Team Collaboration:*
- Work closely with dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff to ensure a seamless workflow.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of the practice.
- Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of dental instruments and the operatory area.

5. *Patient Interaction:*
- Communicate effectively with patients to understand their concerns and provide compassionate care.
- Address patient inquiries and concerns regarding their dental health and treatment options.

6. *Practice Growth:*
- Contribute to the growth of the practice by building strong relationships with patients and encouraging referrals.
- Participate in community outreach and marketing activities as needed.

**Qualifications**:*
- *Education:* Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from an accredited dental school.
- *Licensure:* Current state dental license in good standing.
- *Experience:* Previous experience as a practicing dentist is preferred but not required for new graduates.

**Skills**:*
- Proficiency in general dentistry, including restorative, preventive, and cosmetic procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
