**Job Title: Accounts Data Entry Operator**

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately enter financial data into accounting systems and databases.
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Reconcile accounts and perform regular audits to ensure accuracy.
- Verify and correct data where necessary.
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Maintain organized and detailed records of all transactions.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Communicate with vendors and clients to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in accounting or finance is preferred.
- Proven experience as a data entry clerk, preferably in an accounting or finance setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
