**Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Interaction**:
- Answer inbound customer calls professionally and address their queries.
- Make outbound calls to customers for order updates, confirmations, or follow-ups.
- **Order Management**:
- Process customer orders efficiently in the system.
- Track and update order statuses, ensuring timely delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, delivery, etc.) to ensure order fulfillment.
- **Record Keeping**:
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Update databases with customer and order information.
- **Customer Support**:
- Handle complaints or issues raised by customers and provide effective solutions.
- Escalate unresolved matters to the appropriate department.
- **Administrative Tasks**:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks related to customer orders and services.
- Prepare reports and documentation as required by the management.
Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
Schedule:
