Prodcer Storyteller
**The Role**
We’re looking for a **Producer** who thrives in the post-production world but also understands the power of preparation. You’ll be the bridge between vision and delivery — steering projects from early concept conversations through to final edit, with a keen eye for storytelling, pacing, and detail.
Our ideal producer is part storyteller, part organizer, part creative problem-solver — someone who can guide editors, liaise with clients, and bring a calm, structured approach to fast-moving projects.
**What You’ll Do**
- **Post-Production**: Manage editing timelines, oversee workflows, and ensure every project meets our creative standards.
- **Pre-Production Input**: Contribute to shot lists, storyboarding, and interview prep to ensure footage comes in ready for edits.
- **Client Collaboration**: Act as a key point of contact for clients, managing expectations, gathering feedback, and ensuring smooth communication.
- **Creative Oversight**: Work closely with directors, editors, and cinematographers to maintain a consistent narrative voice and style.
- **Project Management**: Own schedules and delivery deadlines — keeping all moving parts aligned.
- **Quality Control**: Review edits for narrative clarity, technical polish, and emotional impact.
**What We’re Looking For**
- Proven experience as a producer, production manager, or post-production producer — ideally with documentary-style work.
- Strong grasp of storytelling principles and pacing,
- Understanding of pre-shoot planning (shot lists, interview framing, location considerations).
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to keep multiple projects moving at once.
- Clear communicator who can give constructive creative feedback.
- Comfortable working with a mix of remote and on-site teams.
