***Responsibilities**:

- **Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.**:

- **Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.**:

- **Configure and customize Salesforce to meet business requirements.**:

- **Create and maintain documentation on configuration and processes.**:

- **Train end-users on functionality and best practices.**:

- **Collaborate with developers to design and implement custom solutions.**:

- **Collaborate with the testing team to ensure quality delivery of solutions as per business needs.**:

- **Participate in cross-functional teams to support business objectives.**:

- **Focus on timely and quality delivery of product enhancements with customer focus in mind.**

**Basic Requirements**:

- **Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field is preferred.**:

- **5 years of experience as a Salesforce BA in Sales Cloud.**:

- **Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security.**:

- **Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, including workflows, approval processes, validation rules, and formula fields.**:

- **Experience with Salesforce Lightning UI.**:

- **Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.**:

- **Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.**- **Salesforce certifications preferred.**
