CA/ICWA/CMA
Experience
Total experience of minimum 7 Years Post Qualification experience in Financial Management & analysis for Power infrastructure related works/similar Projects.
Reporting to
Project Manager
- Assist the discom in all financial and regulatory related activities
- Updating contractor’s payment register
- Maintain cash book and cheque issue register
- Preparation of weekly, monthly and quarterly progress reports and attending progress review meetings
- Supervision and monitoring the financial implication of the project
- Assist utility for recommendation for fund release from Nodal agencies
- Assist utility for supervision of fund flow management, store management, financial funding and cost benefit analysis
- Regular coordination with the Discom accounts department head for any matter related to finance and accounts of the project.
- Preparing fund flow statement for fund management, control the fund and checking availability of the fund
- Assist and financial support to PMA team and guiding them for ensuring project deliberables on various critical financial parameters
- Provide advice and assistance for best possible financial solutions for strengthening, stabilizing & improving existing financial system, management of work schedule, risk identification, management and mitigation for financial aspects of the project
- Checking and verifying contractor bills
