Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with clients to understand their vision, design preferences, and project requirements.
- Develop innovative and functional architectural designs, from initial concept to detailed drawings.
- Create detailed 3D models, visualizations, and renderings using Rhino, V-Ray, AutoCAD, and Lumion.
- Prepare and present design proposals, ensuring clear communication of design ideas.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to ensure design feasibility and successful implementation.
- Conduct site visits to oversee the implementation of designs, troubleshoot issues, and ensure design integrity throughout construction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, materials, software tools, and building regulations.
- Adhere to the company's principles of sustainability, spirituality, and simplicity in every design.
- Assist in the preparation of documentation required for permits and approvals.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
- Proficiency in Rhino, V-Ray, AutoCAD, and Lumion.
- Experience in creating detailed 3D models, photorealistic renderings, and architectural visualizations.
- Strong knowledge of sustainable design principles and energy-efficient materials.
- Understanding of building codes, construction methods, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
