As a Social Media Marketer at MSIT, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing our social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and increase customer acquisition. Your creative mindset, strategic thinking, and passion for social media platforms will contribute to the overall success of our marketing campaigns.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) to effectively promote MSIT's products and services.
- Create engaging and shareable content that aligns with the company's brand voice and resonates with the target audience.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using relevant analytics tools, identify trends, and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Stay up to date with emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously optimize our social media presence and drive innovation.
- Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, fostering positive relationships with our followers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media strategies with other marketing initiatives, ensuring consistency and alignment across channels.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, audience targeting, and performance tracking to maximize return on investment.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, competitive landscape, and industry trends, providing valuable insights to inform social media strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Marketer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their features, and best practices for content creation, engagement, and community management.
- Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics) to track performance and generate insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and concise content tailored to different platforms and target audiences.
- Creative thinking and an eye for design, with basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) to create visually appealing social media assets.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize social media strategies.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹9,034.29 - ₹12,000.00 per month
