**Job description**

**Responsibilities**
- Online Lead Generation via **Upwork**, Guru, etc.
- Excellent Analytical & Communication Skills (Written and Oral)
- Must be analytical enough to understand project requirements and prepare the detailed proposal, pre-sales discussions, and negotiations, closing the sales and handing over the client to the delivery team.
- Client Interaction.
- Understanding of the Demand and Supply of Software Outsourcing, Web Design, Web Development, Mobile App Development, SEO, QA etc.
- Prepare business reviews to the senior management team regarding progress and road blocks to closing new enterprise customers.
- Sound technical knowledge of advanced Web/Mobile/digital marketing technologies trending nowadays.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients and prepare convincing write-ups/ messages.
- Self-motivated to meet sales targets regularly.
- Able to propose project budgeting to the client.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
