**The role**

We are looking for a talented Video Editor to assemble recorded footage into a finished project that matches the vision and is suitable for broadcasting. Ultimately, as a Film and Video Editor, you should be able to bring sight and sound together in order to tell a cohesive story. To ensure success as a video editor, you should have expert knowledge of modern video editing techniques, be able to visualise concepts and work according to a strict time schedule.

**Key responsibilities**
- Meeting with the Leadership team to determine production vision.
- Reviewing raw material to determine the shot list.
- Manipulating film and video footage using modern editing techniques.
- Maintaining continuity while moving shots according to scene value.
- Trimming footage and putting together the rough project.
- Inserting dialog, sound effects, music, graphics, and special effects.
- Ensuring the project follows a logical sequence.
- Consulting with the team throughout the project.
- Creating the final cut for broadcasting.
- Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry’s best practices to maximise efficiency.

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
