**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise day-to-day site activities, ensuring work is carried out as per drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors for smooth project execution.
- Monitor labor performance, attendance, and site safety.
- Ensure timely availability of materials and equipment on-site.
- Maintain site records, including daily progress reports, labor reports, and material logs.
- Conduct quality checks and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project managers for project updates and issue resolution.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks within the defined project timelines.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **4 years of experience** as a Site Supervisor, preferably in **school or institutional construction projects**.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Should be able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with basic site documentation and reporting.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Prior experience in managing school or educational institution sites will be a strong advantage.
