**Job Title: Education Course Counsellor - Sales**

**Location**: Khar Road, Mumbai

**Salary Range**: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month

**Job Type**: Full-Time

As an Education Course Counsellor at our esteemed institution, you will play a pivotal role in guiding prospective students through their educational journey. Your primary responsibility will be to provide expert advice on course selection, answer queries, and ultimately drive course enrollments.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Counselling & Sales**:

- Engage with prospective students and parents to understand their educational needs and career goals.
- Provide detailed information about various courses, including curriculum, duration, and career prospects.
- Offer personalized recommendations based on the student's interests and academic background.
- Assist in the completion of the enrollment process, ensuring a smooth transition from inquiry to admission.

2. **Lead Management**:

- Follow up with leads generated through various channels, including online inquiries, referrals, and walk-ins.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with potential students and track progress through the sales pipeline.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for course enrollments.

3. **Customer Service**:

- Address and resolve any concerns or issues raised by prospective students and their families.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience throughout the counselling process.

4. **Market Research & Feedback**:

- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to provide relevant and up-to-date information to students.
- Gather feedback from students and provide insights to improve course offerings and counselling processes.

5. **Administrative Duties**:

- Prepare and maintain reports on sales activities and student enrollments.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor's degree in any discipline. A background in education or counseling is preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or counselling, preferably in the education sector.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
