The Physiotherapist will directly deal with patients. As per the case requirements, a treatment plan can be self-driven or guided by expert Physiotherapists to be followed.
- The Physiotherapist is responsible for the comprehensive examination/assessment (Formulate a diagnosis, prognosis, and plan) of the patient followed by the handover of the patient to the downline physiotherapist with assessment details. The assessor's Physiotherapist will continue the patient’s assessment on a monthly basis.
- Educate the patient about the treatment plan and implement the same after assuring patient agreement.
- Assessor responsibilities will include a collection of payment (cash or Digital). If in case cash or cheque is collected deposit the same in the Muscle Motions account
- Responsible for managing client leads for downline physiotherapists.
- Collect feedback from patients and submit the same to Muscle Motions.
- Upline Physiotherapist will assist the downline physiotherapist in order to maintain the quality standards according to Muscle Motions
- Ensure physiotherapists should have their own Combination Therapy Unit (Deep Heat, IFT, TENS, Ultrasound, or muscle stimulator.
- The Physiotherapists shall ensure that they have their own vehicle, well maintained and in good condition so that there are no delays in rendering Physiotherapy Services.
