Required Injection Molding Supervisor - 4nos in Plastic Company located at Sarigam, Bhilad.

Exp: 3-4years

Working hrs: 8hrs shift wise

Qualification : CIPET / D. injection molding

Exp:
1) Perform and direct the mold and material changing processes

2) Assure that mold set up, changeovers, and housekeeping standards are met

3) Troubleshoot processing problems including normal adjustments and checks. Also ensure molding machines and supporting systems are set to correct parameters and meeting the production goals

4) Verify process parameters and implement changes, as appropriate, to improve cycle times

Inspecting parts to ensure they meet the customer specifications.

5) Resolve quality issues & inspect machines daily for maintenance issues and report to the maintenance department

6) Monitor, train, and coach the machine operators to ensure they are following proper procedures

Follow all clean up and housekeeping procedures

Comply with all safety, quality and work rules and regulations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift

Work Location: In person
