**Key Responsibilities**:
**Graphic Design**:

- Design and create visually compelling graphics for print and digital media, including logos, brochures, banners, infographics, and presentations.
- Work on business pitches, investor communications, and proposal reports to visually represent data and ideas effectively.
- Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs, adhering to brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging social media creatives and marketing materials.
- Design brochures and presentations that are visually impactful and align with business objectives.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Corel Draw.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts.
- Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Experience with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Understanding of digital marketing strategies and social media trends.
