The pantry boy is a crucial member of the office support team, responsible for maintaining the office pantry, kitchen, and dining areas. The primary objective is to provide a clean, well-stocked, and organized space for employees to access refreshments and meals.

**Responsibilities**:
**Pantry Maintenance**:Keep the pantry, kitchen, and dining areas clean and sanitized at all times.
Regularly clean and organize shelves, counters, appliances, and other pantry equipment.
Empty trash bins and ensure proper disposal of waste.

**Stock Management**:Monitor and maintain an inventory of snacks, beverages, and other pantry supplies.
Restock items as needed to ensure availability for employees.
Order pantry supplies in a timely manner to avoid shortages.

**Beverage Preparation**:Prepare and serve beverages such as coffee, tea, and water to employees and guests.
Ensure that coffee machines, water dispensers, and other equipment are in working condition.

**Snack Arrangement**:Arrange snacks and refreshments in an appealing and organized manner.
Keep snacks, fruits, and other items fresh and presentable.

**Hygiene and Safety**:Adhere to hygiene and safety standards while handling food and beverages.
Ensure that all pantry equipment is cleaned and sanitized regularly.

**Dishwashing**:Wash dishes, cups, and utensils used by employees promptly and thoroughly.
Ensure that dishwashing is done efficiently to maintain a clean workspace.

**Assistance and Customer Service**:Provide assistance to employees with their pantry needs, answering queries and fulfilling requests.
Maintain a courteous and helpful attitude when interacting with staff and guests.

**Order and Delivery Handling**:Receive and inspect deliveries of pantry supplies, checking for accuracy and quality.
Store items properly and update inventory records.

**Pantry Organization**:Organize and arrange pantry supplies in a systematic and accessible manner.
Ensure that items are labeled for easy identification.

**Waste Management**:Ensure proper disposal of food waste and other garbage according to established procedures.

**Cleaning Supplies**:Keep cleaning supplies stocked and available for maintaining the pantry's cleanliness.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Basic communication skills.
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Knowledge of basic hygiene and safety practices.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Physical ability to lift and move supplies and equipment.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
