**Job Title**: MBBS Duty Doctor

**Department**: Medical Services / IPD / Emergency / ICU / Wards
**Reports To**: Senior Consultant / Medical Superintendent
**Location**: Rama Hospital, Baghpat, UP
**Shift**: Rotational (Day/Night)

**Job Purpose**:
To provide round-the-clock medical care to admitted patients, emergency cases, and support consultants in clinical management.

**Key Responsibilities:1. Patient Care**:

- Conduct initial assessment of patients on admission.
- Monitor and manage patient care under supervision of consultant.
- Perform routine medical procedures (IV line, catheterization, Ryle's tube, suturing, etc.).
- Update patient status regularly and document clinical progress.
- Attend to patients in emergency/trauma with basic life-saving procedures.

**2. Clinical Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
- Ensure all case sheets are updated as per NABH or hospital protocols.
- Assist in discharge summaries and patient documentation.

**3. Coordination and Communication**:

- Liaise with consultants, nursing, paramedical, and diagnostics team for patient care.
- Communicate with patient attendants regarding condition and updates under consultant guidance.

**4. Emergency Response**:

- Respond promptly to Code Blue, Code Red, and other medical emergencies.
- Manage CPR and basic life support (BLS) till specialist care arrives.

**5. Compliance and Protocols**:

- Follow infection control, hospital safety, and quality protocols.
- Adhere to hospital's standard treatment guidelines and SOPs.

**6. Academic and Development**:

- Attend clinical meetings, CMEs, and case discussions.
- Be open to learning and upskilling through hands-on experience and mentorship.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Qualification**: MBBS from a Govt university, with valid registration from MCI/State Medical Council.
- **Experience**:

- **Freshers** can apply.
- Prior experience in hospital duty (IPD/ER/ICU) is a plus but not mandatory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 25 per week
