Product knowledge on: Head Lamp, Tail Lamp, Bumper Assy. Door Trim, Instrument Panel, Pillar Trims, Side cladding, OSRVM and IRVM Mirror (four wheeler segment only).Under Body plastic parts.
Tooling Knowledge: Working of Slider/Lifter, tooling feasibility, Draft analysis, Injection Mould manufacturing defects and it’s possible solution
Basic Knowledge: A surface, B surface, Boolean operation, Mounting Features, Assembly feature, Gap condition analysis, Assembly feasibility analysis, Reverse Engineering on plastic product
