**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Conduct engaging training sessions for clients on Tally software, focusing on effective utilization and optimization of features to ensure maximum understanding
- Develop and update training materials, ensuring they align with the latest Tally software updates.
- Regularly conduct training sessions for existing partner resources to keep them up-to-date with the latest product releases, updates, and enhancements.
- Provide one-on-one and group training sessions to address specific client needs and challenges.
- Provide practical, hands-on demonstrations of key product features and functionalities. Offer real-world examples and use cases to enhance understanding.
- Address partner queries and concerns related to Tally software, troubleshooting issues, and providing timely support to ensure a smooth learning experience.
- Collaborate with the Business Consultancy and Training Division to enhance overall client satisfaction and software adoption.
- Gather and analyze feedback to continuously improve training programs and materials.
- Assist in pre-sales activities by showcasing the training offerings to potential clients.
- Act as a bridge between clients and the development team, conveying user feedback and enhancement requests.
- Maintain a strong understanding of clients' business processes and tailor training programs to address their unique requirements.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
**Graduate in Commerce Domain**

**Proficiency in Tally software is essential.**

Strong understanding of accounting principles and business processes.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.

Ability to design and deliver engaging training sessions.

**Experience in creating training materials, manuals, and documentation.**

**MBA in Finance shall get preference**

**Travel: Be willing to travel extensively to client locations**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
