**Responsibilities**:

- Performance Testing: Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using LoadRunner to evaluate system performance, stability, and scalability.
- Client-Server Architecture: Analyse and understand complex client-server architecture to create effective performance test strategies.
- Test Planning: Collaborate with project stakeholders to define performance testing requirements, including workload models, performance benchmarks, and test objectives.
- Test Execution: Execute performance tests across various environments, including development, QA, and production, ensuring accurate simulation of real-world scenarios.
- Monitoring & Analysis: Monitor system performance during tests, collect metrics, and perform detailed analysis to identify performance bottlenecks.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive test reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations for performance improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to resolve performance issues and validate performance improvements.
- Tools & Technologies: Stay up-to-date with the latest performance testing tools, techniques, and best practices.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

**Other desired capabilities: (Not Mandatory)**
- Experience with other performance testing tools like JMeter.
- Knowledge of cloud environments and testing in cloud-based architectures.
