**Job Responsibility-**
- Handling Material Accounting of RBML Terminal and Retail outlets -Fuels
- Material Balancing Reporting of Terminal Receipt Vs Sales BIW Report and SAP MM report
- Material Balancing Reporting of Retail Outlets - Receipt Vs Sales
- Checking of Freight invoice creation in Sales report for Terminal Sales
- Checking of Unaccounted Sales document
- Review of Abnormal High Losses of Retail outlets
- Extension of Material codes / Batch Maintenance and Density Maintenance of New Plants
- Daily Closing stock Report at Terminals
- Periodical review of anomalies of stock accounting in different UOM
- Periodical review of Moving average stock valuation.
- Review of Sales as per SAP with Unitech
- Review of Physical stock Vs Book stock
- Review of Quarterly Reconciliation of Physical Stock for Write offs / Write backs
- Review of Operator recovery for loss recovery
- TVA calculation for Retail outlets for payment / recovery
- Resolving Retail outlet and Terminal Audit points of Material Accounting
- Handling of Additives material accounting in RBML
- Insurance data validation of movement of goods of RBML
- Coordination for statutory audit / Internal audit
- Automation of Material RO Material balance with Physical verification.
- Automation of Terminal Material balance

Education Qualification
