**Responsibilities**:

- **Majorly worked on Non IT positions for our US based clients**:

- Utilize various sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including online job boards, social media platforms, industry events, and networking.

**Recruitment and Selection**:

- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Develop comprehensive job descriptions and postings that accurately reflect the position requirements and align with Boeing's values and culture.
- Facilitate the selection process, including reference checks, background screenings, and assessments, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages as appropriate.

**Relationship Management**:

- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Analyze recruitment data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing channels, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations for enhancing the recruitment process.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in the US Staffing
- Strong understanding of energy industry roles, qualifications, and technical requirements.
- Proven experience in utilizing various sourcing strategies and tools to attract top talent.

**Skills**:

- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices related to recruitment and selection.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Recruiting: 1 year (preferred)
