Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Part-Time Hindi Teacher to join our online platform's teaching team. As a Hindi Teacher, you will play a vital role in helping students learn and develop their language skills in an engaging and interactive online environment. Your passion for teaching, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Hindi language instruction will contribute to creating an effective and enjoyable learning experience for our students.

**Responsibilities**:
Conduct live online Hindi language classes for students of varying ages and proficiency levels.

Develop and deliver well-structured lesson plans that align with curriculum guidelines and learning objectives.

Create engaging and interactive learning materials, including videos, quizzes, and exercises, to enhance student participation and comprehension.

Provide timely and constructive feedback to students on their language proficiency and assignments.

Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and learning.

Communicate effectively with students, parents, and other team members to address questions, concerns, and updates.

Stay up-to-date with language teaching methodologies and adapt instructional strategies as needed.

Monitor student progress and assess their performance through regular assessments and evaluations.

**Requirements**:
Proficiency in spoken and written Hindi, with a strong understanding of grammar, vocabulary, and language structure.

Previous experience in teaching Hindi as a second language, preferably in an online setting.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Familiarity with online teaching tools, video conferencing platforms, and virtual classroom environments.

Strong organizational skills to manage lesson planning, materials preparation, and student progress tracking.

Patience, adaptability, and the ability to motivate and engage students in an online learning environment.

Bachelor's degree in Hindi, Education, Linguistics, or a related field (preferred).

Teaching certifications or relevant training in language instruction (preferred).

Schedule and Compensation:
**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
