- Evaluate clients' skin conditions and concerns through detailed consultations.
- Recommend suitable treatments based on skin analysis and client goals.
- **Skincare Treatments**:

- Perform facial treatments, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other skin care services.
- Provide advanced treatments such as laser therapy or light therapy (if licensed and certified).
- Administer treatments for specific skin conditions such as acne, hyperpigmentation, or aging.
- **Product Recommendations**:

- Suggest skincare products tailored to clients' needs.
- Explain product benefits and usage to clients for effective home care routines.
- **Hygiene and Safety**:

- Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace and equipment.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and guidelines.
- **Client Relationships**:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits.
- Maintain detailed records of clients' skin treatments and progress.
- **Business and Professional Development**:

- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and products in the skincare industry.
- Promote skincare packages, memberships, or other services offered by the business.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education and Certification**:

- Diploma or certification in esthetics, cosmetology, or a related field.
- State-required licensure to perform skin treatments.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in skin analysis and a variety of treatments (e.g., facials, exfoliation, extraction).
- Knowledge of skincare products and ingredients.
- **Interpersonal Skills**:

- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- **Attention to Detail**:

- Precision in administering treatments and recommending products.
- **Flexibility and Adaptability**:

- Willingness to work weekends, evenings, or accommodate client schedules.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
