Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Purchase & Procurement:
Identify and source suppliers/vendors for raw materials, equipment, and services.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with vendors.

Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, cost, and timely delivery.

Process purchase orders, invoices, and ensure proper documentation.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Manage day-to-day operational activities to optimize workflow.

Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, sales, finance, and logistics) to ensure smooth execution of orders.

Oversee shipment schedules, order tracking, and delivery timelines.

Implement cost-saving measures and process improvements in procurement and operations.

Maintain records of purchases, shipments, and operational reports.

Key Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 3 to 6 years in purchasing, procurement, or operations.

Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software (SAP, Tally, or similar).

Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.

Knowledge of industry best practices in procurement and logistics.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
