Analysis & Evaluation of hazards, with respect to Health, Safety & Environment by carrying out HAZOP studies, Health & Safety Risk Assessment & PSSR.

Prepare & maintain site EHS SOP.

Awareness for the employees by arranging & presenting safety talks, trainers program on the relevant topic of chemical/pharmaceutical industry.

Conducting safety Committee meetings once in three months and to come up with methods to improve safety at factory sites

Accident Incident investigation.

Preparation of On Site Emergency Plan.

Mock Drills

Maintaining single EHS CAPA sheet for all unsafe observations which are obtaining through Physical condition tour, Management tour, Unsafe Condition, Unsafe Act, Mock Drill, HAZOP, External Audit, Internal Audit, Safety Inspection, Daily Round, Near Miss/Accident/Incident, My Area Safe Area.

Checking of all safety equipment & system availability like, all PPES, SCBA set, fire hydrant system, first aids kit, Spill kit, Diphoterine Kit, Gas detection system, safety shower & Eye Washer etc. & maintaining their records.

Health Surveillance Report for chemical handling in respective departments.

Overall OHC management as per (73-W) MFR Rule, 1963

Maintaining Site Legal Register

Monitoring compliances of DISH, MPCB, CETP

Qualification:

- M.Sc./B.Sc ADIS

Experience:

- Min 7 yrs.
