We are expanding our team and seeking a dynamic and results-driven Tele Sales Development Executive to drive lead conversion and contribute to our growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Qualification & Nurturing**:

- Respond promptly to inbound leads generated through various channels (online, phone, events, etc.).
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to determine their suitability and potential.
- Provide information about Kutchina's modular kitchen products and services, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- **Sales Call Scheduling**:

- Schedule qualified sales calls and appointments for the sales team, ensuring a smooth handover.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- **Product Knowledge & Industry Awareness**:

- Develop a strong understanding of Kutchina's modular kitchen products, features, and benefits.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and interior design concepts.
- **Communication & Collaboration**:

- Communicate effectively with leads and internal teams, ensuring clear and concise
- **Performance Tracking & Reporting**:

- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales development processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a sales development or similar role, preferably in the interior design or home improvement industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in **English, Hindi, Bengali** and **Odia**:

- Strong understanding of interior design concepts and modular kitchen solutions.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential customers.
- Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,204.81 per month
