Key Roles and Responsibilities:

- Coordination & follow-ups with the retailers towards(New Brand integration) ADSR LIVE
- Assist in root cause analysis of audit findings.
- Handle First Level Escalations.
- MIS Reporting experience.
- Understanding of Helpdesk Store Support / proven track record and ability to supervise.
- Understanding of Store Infrastructure (basic or advanced)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills required also local language.

**Salary**: From ₹8,086.00 per month
