**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Determining the most logical and precise way to present information
- Producing high-quality documentation that is appropriate for its intended audience
- Write easy-to-understand user interface texts
- Create and maintain the information architecture
- Coordinating & interacting with internal stakeholders to understand requirements
- Able to write and proofread content, training documents viz. process related SOPs, etc.
- Managing LMS, used for instructor-led training, e-learning, quizzes, and assessments for 1000+ employees in India and USA
- Working with the HR team to organise and conduct induction and orientation of new employees.
**Desired Skills**
- Strong written / verbal communication and experience of working with content in multiple mediums.
- Must have excellent written expression to be able to convert rough process drafts to easily understandable documents.
- Good command over English
- Ability to spot basic formatting errors with respect to alignment, font, content, spacing etc.
- Must be tech-savvy
- A flair for content planning & creation
- Experience in community content planning, discussion forums management would be a plus
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams & stakeholders
- Ability to work with multiple teams.
- Great interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills
- Hands on experience in Adobe Acrobat DC and Google slides
