**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical supervisor to join our dynamic team. The The role requires a strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and schedule projects
- Estimate the time and materials needed to complete projects
- Maintain records and documentation relating to the ongoing completion of projects
- Supervise electricians as they work, providing guidance and instruction as needed
- Ensure that work complies with all safety requirements
- Perform electrician tasks as needed

**Requirements**:
**MINIMUM 2 YRS EXP REQUIRED.**
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Previous experience as an electrical supervisor is highly beneficial
- In-depth knowledge of the electrical industry
- Strong leadership skills
- Familiarity with relevant state and federal codes and safety requirements
- Basic technical literacy
