**Position - **Students coordinator

**Experiences - **3 to 6yrs(Only female)

**Roles and responsibilities**:

- Scheduling batches for new admissions based on teacher open slots & student convenience
- Preparing course content based on the teacher inputs - The same to be shared with Founder for BD and new admissions who have signed up.
- Following up with teachers if batches are completing / following course content - Milestone check only not every class
- Course clarifications & Student learning feedback & monitoring
- Preparing course content for new language courses and new courses in existing languages offered by Mitrin in coordination with the teacher and the founder.
- Rescheduling of any cancelled classes / Arranging for any compensation class / Arranging for any revision classes for students.
- Coordinating with teachers & students/parents for any postponement/advancement or delay in class start due to teacher related issues.
- Arrange for substitution teacher in case any particular class teacher is unavailable
- Monthly reports from the teachers on students’ progress
- Keep track of compensation and rescheduling of classes if any
- Be part of all class group and monitor if reminders are sent for classes specially in case of new teachers
- Keep track of student’s attendance/leave Be available on phone and whatsapp for teachers and students.
- Grievance handling
- Any need based or situational requirement as assigned by founder
- All of this will be in coordination with the Founder initially.

- Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
